Fun from Knowle & Dorridge Lions
K&D Lions, over the Christmas & New Year period ran a ‘Lions Festive Safari’ in Dorridge, Bentley Heath & Knowle.45 small Lions were hidden in trees, shop and house windows plus many unexpected places.
The Lion’s aim was to give our young people something to enjoy doing during lockdown, participating families donations were supplemented by the Lions before being divided among the four local primary schools.
The feedback was brilliant so another ‘hunt’ is planned for half term. (See Knowle & Dorridge Lions Easter Egg Hunt below)
There were four prize winners in all. The photo is of Oliver, aged 6, the Dorridge Primary School winner whose name was drawn out of the hat. He is posing with Harry his twin brother.

A lovely Idea for local children who have had such a tough year – Thank you Lions!
